The Diarygame (10-11-2025) A Simple Life in the Village
FROM MORNING ACTIVITIES TO EVENING
I woke up early, as is my normal routine, and began with a heartfelt prayer, thanking God for his blessings and the gift of life. I stepped outside, feeling refreshed and invigorated, and began to sweep our big compound. It was a task that took some time, but I was determined to finish it, and I thank God I was able to complete it on time.
My next task was to wash some of my dirty clothes, which I spent a few hours doing. I washed and rinsed them, and hung them out to dry, feeling a sense of satisfaction as I worked.
It was around 11am when I finished, and I was feeling hungry, so I cut some plantain, peeled them, and roasted them on the fire.
I enjoyed them with native sauce, feeling grateful for the simple pleasures in life.
As I was feeling tired, I freshened up and rested for a few hours, recharging my energy. At 3pm, I was awake and ready to head to the farm to fetch some firewood. It was drizzling, but I couldn't let that stop me, so I went ahead, fetching the firewood as I worked. I didn't take my phone, unfortunately, so I couldn't capture the moment, but I was too focused on the task at hand.
I returned home around 6pm, feeling accomplished, but also dirty and tired from the farm work. Luckily, my sister had already cooked dinner, and I was so happy to see the spread she had prepared. I ate, and spent some quality time with my family, feeling grateful for their love and support.
As night began to fall, and darkness descended, I started to feel sleepy, and I knew it was time to call it a day. I went inside, and drifted off to sleep, feeling content and at peace.
I hope you enjoyed my story Thanks for reading,
