The Steemian simply needs to set 50% of the contest post payout to @steem-cameroon. Prior to organizing the contest, you must contact the admins to assure them of sources of funds to finance your contest. This is to ensure that members don't organize contests for two or three weeks and then disappear because of lack of funds to continue to sponsor the contests.
Cameroonian Steemians are free to organize contests but must notify the admins, assure them of funds for the contest and contest sustainability, and then allocate 50% of the contest post payout to @steem-cameroon.
