Why I would make a good Steem Country Representative for Cameroon

Steem greetings,
@thegreens has been on Steemit since June 2017 and has published over 2500 posts. @thegreens was introduced to Steem by @martin.mikes of @kedjom-keku, a partner with whom he worked to conserve 1000ha of afromontane forests in Kedjom-Keku in the North West Region of Cameroon.

@thegreens had two training sessions with @martin.mikes after which it was self discovery and self teaching until he became the Steemian they are today.
Country representatives @saxopedia and @njiatanga, as well as Steemians such as @fombae, @nforyembe, @peacemakers, and a lot of active Cameroonian steemians were introduced to Steemit by @thegreens.
Geneally, the subscription of @thegreens to Steemit marked the rebirth of steeming in Cameroon and the impact we have today, is thanks to the sacrifices made by him.

@thegreens belongs to several communities but his most active communities are @steem-cameroon, Draft Crearte (@crearte), Art, #Promo-Steem and New Comers’ Communities.

@thegreens will make a very good Country Representative because;

1. Experience: I have over 4 years experience Steeming during which I have experienced the Steem highs and steem lows. My experience during the drastic fall in Steem prices made me to become a more resilient Steemian. My over 4 years experience steeming has given me the opportunity to build strong networks with people and organizations hence my high reputation.
   During these years, I have effectively mastered the Steemit etiquette as well as the use of the different DApps as Actifit, D.Tube, etc.
   I am one of the oldest Cameroonian Steemians and my joining Steemit marked the rebirth of Steeming in Cameroon. It’s thanks to my sensitization and mentoring programs that we now all the active steemians we have.
   Cameroonian steemians need the experience of a pioneer Steemian and that’s what I bring as country representative.
2. I am a very creative, collaborative and supportive steemian. It’s thanks to my creative collaboration and support that we now have successful steemians like @saxopedia, @fombae, etc. This creative collaboration is further backed by the recent move wherein after a series of consultative meetings, the Cameroon Steemit Program was handed over to @steem-cameroon so that we wall can work as a one team with the same objectives.
3. The Greens’ 50K SP Power Up project further backs my candidacy for Country Representative. I am powering up because I want to increase the value of steem and able to support steemians with juicy upvotes. It’s on this note that I hereby pledge that “@thegreens will not engage in an account power down for a minimum duration of 02 years; and by December 2021, we shall hold at least a 50k SP in our account
4. @thegreens has always been at the center of Steemit sensitization, mentorship and follow-up. I make a good Country representative because I have a rich experience in sensitization, mentorship, rewarding and retaining steemians. I’m always thinking of innovative projects that aim at engaging, empowering and retaining steemians. Steemit Njangi is an excellent example of one of such projects that strives to support, reward and retain steemians.
5. I am an excellent content creator who has enough patience and experience to read, understand and leave meaningful feedback on Steemians’ posts. My feedback is always deep and inspires Steemians to Steem-on. These skills will greatly help me in finding plagiarism on Steemit and limiting steem abuse.
6. Via the Cameroon Steemit Program of @steem-cameroon, more active and committed steemians keep joining the platform making it very difficult for @saxopedia and @njiatanga to reach out to all of them in time. I have already been playing the role of welcoming most of these steemians and drawing their attention to them but I think it’s time Cameroon had two or three more Country Representatives because the vision we have for Steem Cameroon is huge and it will need a lot of attention.
7. I have enough time (at least 8 hours daily) to attend to Steemians as well as resources such as internet and computers to provide to Cameroon Steemians to use to blog for free. I will be reopening the Steemit Literacy Center in Nkwen – Bamenda to add to the one that @njiatanga and @yeesja have opened at Che Street in Mankon – Bamenda. This center will enable more and more Cameroonians be able to have access to blog on Steemit for free.
8. Besides the aforementioned, I look forward to launching the Steemit Environmental Club (a community of environmental, agricultural, nature and homesteading steemians), the Steemit Environmental Days Contest, Greed Deeds Contest, and the Steemit Trees Project (a global initiative that strives to use Steem to plant trees around the world). These are just a few more pending innovative programs which will be released in the months ahead.
9. By becoming a Country Representative, I will recruit, mentor, reward and retain at least 200 Cameroonian steemians before December 2021, but most especially reach out to all Cameroonian steemians with comments, upvotes and resteems.
10. I will make an excellent Country Representative because I have enough experience in using Steem for community development. Through Steemit, I have been able to raise funds to support our women and girls textile recycling and fashion designing hub known as ecoDesigns as well as to support the Earth Rangers Summer Holiday Program.

    This experience will be very vital in the recruitment of civil society/developmental organizations as well as very vital in the monitoring and evaluation of Cameroon charitable projects on Steemit. @thegreens will therefore serve as resource persons as well as a focal point in the promotion of charitable projects supported by Steemit.

These are just a few aspects that will make me a suitable Country Representative.
