Hello @everyone on Steemit platform. I greet you all from my favourite community specially. Hope you all are doing excellently well. Please, stay glued as I take you around how I spent my Tuesday with love from @uyaiuyo
Morning Activities
I started my day with fig fruits, made breakfast with mixed cereals for my children and later proceeded to cook porridge plantain for their lunch.
Ingredients For Porridge Plantain
→ plantain
→ smoke fish
→ pepper
→ crayfish
→ native spices
→ seasoning cube
→ salt
→ vegetable leaf
→ palm oil
→ ikpa
→ mfi
→ onions
Procedure
I peeled, washed and cut my plantain in desired shape into a pot, sliced my onions into it. I pounded my native spices. Washed my pepper, pounded it with crayfish. I washed and seasoned my mfi with salt. I wash and cut my ikpa, washed and deboned my smoke fish. Washed and sliced my vegetable leaf.
I proceeded to put my already cut plantain with onions on fire. Allowed to steam properly, added my fish, pepper and crayfish, covered and allowed to steam. I added my palm oil, mfi and ikpa, allowed to steam, added seasoning cube and salt, confirmed taste. Added my native spices, stirred and allowed to steam. Finally, I adore my already sliced vegetable leaves, stirred and brought the pot down and my porridge plantain was ready. Yummy is an understatement. It was so aromatic 😋
I proceeded to packaged my children lunch, dressed them up because while the food was on fire, I had already finished bathing and serving them breakfast. And of course, they post for my camera before leaving.

I proceeded to washed and cut my kpomo, washed and soaked my mfi with salt water, washed and soaked my stock fish with water so it will fastened the softness process. Washed and deboned my panla fish.
I proceeded to pound the main ingredient which is 'Afang' I could have grinded it at the market but no, I wanted to cook it my grandmother way by pounding it with my hands using mortar and pestle. After pounded it, I proceeded to cook my 'Afang Soup ' and it came out wonderfully tasty😋
