Day 1 )Portuguese coastal pilgrimage road to Santiago, Tiny Iglesia on the Atlantic Coast - 대서양 해안의 자그마한 성당

My pilgrimage to Santiago, which began in Porto, Portugal, was a walk along the Atlantic coast. In the afternoon, I departed from Porto Cathedral and walked along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean in the drizzle of rain. As the rain stopped and the sun lit up my face, a rough wave struck me as if swallowing me.

포르투갈의 포르투에서 시작된 나의 산티아고 순례길 순례는 대서양 해안을 따라 걷는 길이었다. 오후에야 포르투 대성당에서 출발하여 부슬부슬 내리는 비를 맞으며 대서양 해안을 따라 걸어갔다. 비가 그치고 해가 얼굴을 따갑게 비출 즈음 거친 파도가 나를 집어 삼킬 듯 덤벼들었다.

How long did you walk? A beautiful landscape that caught the eye when both body and mind were getting tired. It was a small iglesia(church) shining in the sunset. I wandered next to it to see how beautiful it was until sunset. That's the picture at the top of this article. However, the darkness was approaching, so I had to find the accommodation (Albergue) quickly.

얼마나 걸어 갔을까? 몸도 마음도 지쳐갈 즈음 눈을 사로잡은 아름다운 풍경 하나. 그것은 석양에 빛나는 조그마한 성당이었다. 얼마나 아름다운지 그 곁에서 해가 질 때까지 서성거렸다. 그 모습이 이 글 맨 위에 있는 사진이다. 하지만 어둠이 찾아들고 있어 빨리 숙소(알베르게)를 찾아야 했다.

I left the small church(iglesia) and made a quick step along the coastal road. It wasn't until 9 p.m. that day I managed to find in the outdoor campsite Orbitur in Angeiras. After showering with taking off rain-soaked clothes, I visited a nearby restaurant. Even though it was late, the diners were sitting in the restaurant. This place originally eats from 8 or 9 pm. Oh God~! Thank you for keeping me from starving.

그 성당을 뒤로하고 해안길을 따라 빠른 걸음을 옮겼다. 그날은 저녁 9시가 되어서야 가까스로 Angeiras라는 곳에 있는 야외 캠핑장 오르비뚜르(Orbitur)를 찾을 수 있었다. 비에 젖은 옷을 벗고 샤워를 마친 뒤 인근 식당을 찾았다. 늦은 시간인데도 식당은 식사를 하는 사람들이 간혹 앉아 있었다. 이곳은 원래 식사를 저녁 8시나 9시부터 한다나! 신이시어! 굶지 않도록 해 주시어 감사합니다.
