At the very beginning of your video (starting around 1:17) there are obs. More than one. When I slowed down your video I was able to stop on them... they don't appear to be bugs. Were there bugs in the room with you?

I may have been watching a lot of (fun) paranormal stuff lately... but dude! I see them! (Not dead people, just orbs.)

    Hey @carrieallen, I have had orbs and spirits around me all my life. I see them at times and I feel them always. Not surprising that they show up in my videos at times. Sorry for the delayed response. This #coronavirus has everybody in California's life a mess... Stay safe and blessed.
