Strawberry Shake Recipe | Healthy Strawberry Milkshake Recipe

Strawberry Shake Recipe. I love smoothie because they taste so rich and yummy! Strawberries are one of my favorites, along with bananas and other flavors. They are a good source of antioxidants and help you lose weight if you are on a diet. I'm going to start getting into the habit of drinking smoothies for breakfast because it's also a good source of energy verses coffee or energy drinks. Let me know if you guys likes these smoothie videos. Strawberry Milkshake is a refreshing fresh fruit Milkshake that is full of vitamin C and antioxidants and lot of invigorating flavor. Apart from fresh and ripe strawberries.
Ingredients:
2 cups Strawberries (roughly chopped)
1 cup Milk
2-3 Ice Scoops
2 tbsp Sugar (or according to taste)
Instructions:
First add chopped strawberries and sugar in a blender jar. Blend them for 2 mins till all strawberries become like a smooth paste.
Now add ice and chilled milk. Again blend for 2 mins to mix all ingredients and to get a creamy smooth texture.
Now Strawberry milkshake should be ready to pour in glass. You can further garnish it with a half sliced strawberry like shown in video. Drink it from glass or use a straw to slowly enjoy the taste.
