A group of protesters at gathered at the library in Sandpoint to use speech in an effort to draw attention to the restriction of access and lack of equality provided by the library. The Library board of trustees, a.k.a. the small group of people designated by a small percentage of the residents to oversee how services paid for by money extorted from the public backed by the threat of violence are doled out to that "public"..
