Fresh Air and Sun - I Am Alive Day 14
Today was my day to go out! I have put on my best clothes, to show the people (what people? the streets are empty? lol) that I am ALIVE!
It's interesting how a person forgets the real values when it is "inside the box", and this time I mean literally inside the box, as inside our homes... And then, you take that step out from your "comfort zone" and discover a new world, new opportunities... Maybe you have already seen that before, but living in isolation you forgot it, and now you can re-live those moments looking with different eyes...
So, I am alive and I was happy to be outside! Sometimes you need so little to feel much better... and I needed this...
I am alive is a challenge started by Erik Erik Gustafsson and it is a perfect thing to pump-up your self-esteem in these moments... To move from the sofa and start creating every day... little by little... just show up, write a few lines, record a video, take a picture...
