The bins around here are all locked or have very small slots to stick things in... It is a small issue I did figure out how to overcome ;)
oh damn no wonder why people throw trash around in nature :/ But dont get caught! xD
It is rather stupid how the system is setup SMH looks like I need to get some sponsorships going and make this into a local community thing!
