I am not getting proper time to update daily diary due to my busy schedule. Today I am with an important update. Being a nutrition & health coach I have responsibility to share some knowledge with you to stay connected somehow.
As you can see in the picture India is celebrating National Nutrition Week to spread awareness about nutrition. It will be celebrated from 1st to 7th September.
It was started in 1982 to raise awareness about nutrition. Now a days we don't focus on getting proper healthy food but on tasty food. That's why we invite various diseases.
We need nutrition in our daily life to be safe from diseases and to live long.
So please read on internet about nutrition, gather knowledge and spread it as much as possible.
