Can you calm down your mind?

Meditation is the key to calm your mind down. It is impossible to force yourself to meditate. You must feel inside yourself that you need to meditate. If you want to 0 reach a result, you must meditate daily. You must switch your mind from your thoughts to your breathing, or switch to the sound or a definite object. The best thing is to choose a special room or create a place for meditation. You can even buy the carpet just for meditation. You must teach yourself to relax. I always do yoga as it helps me to relax or I also love to take bathtub.
The thing is just you must not force yourself stop thinking. Let your thought arrive, observe it but do not get involved and just let it go.

Concentrate on your breathing

You must first just inhale and exhale slowly. Then you will start to feel that your mind is getting peace.
Inhale with the nose for 4 counts

Hold your breath for 16 seconds

Exhale with your mouth for 8 seconds.
This is the beginning step but you must feel comfort so do not force yourself to do anything as the body and mind need time to adjust.
