Caprese tomatoes and mozzarella

Today I didn't know what to prepare and in the end, looking at the refrigerator, I decided to make myself a caprese.

A typical traditional Italian recipe that is really very good and really very simple to prepare.

It all consists of putting slices of mozzarella and tomato slices on a bed of salad.

Season with plenty of olive oil, pepper and salt and a bit of oregano.

Really delicious and as I have already said very simple and delicious for the summer that is coming.
