If you want to be successful, you have to pay the price, work hard and learn the skills required to thrive.

0-20 years old

Be a good student, learn from experience.

20-30 years old

Follow somebody. Go to a small company where you will learn the passion and the dreams of the founders. You’ll learn to multi-task. You need to carefully choose which boss (leader) you follow. A good boss teaches you differently.

30-40 years old

You have to think very clearly and decide if you want to be an entrepreneur or be an employee.

40-50 years old

You have to do all the things you are good at. Ask yourself, "How can you focus on things I am good at?

50-60 years old

Work for the young people. Help them, educate them, rely on them. They are the future.

Over 60 years old

Spend time on yourself and enjoy life.

You’ll make lots of mistakes, but when you fall, learn from it and get back up and enjoy it.

When you graduate school you just start your career in learning.

Your real challenge is when you leave college and your real life starts. The real exam starts. That’s life.
