A healthy diet consists of a mixture of various foods. These include:

•Staple foods such as cereals (wheat, barley, rye, maize or rice) or starchy tubers or roots (potatoes, yams, taro or cassava).
•Legumes (lentils and beans).
•Fruits and vegetables.

We eat everything, but most of these things are not as beneficial as they should be. There are two reasons behind this:

This is due to the fact that we eat a lot of these things and this is the reason that we do not get any special benefit from these things.

The second reason is this, and this is a very big reason, that we do not eat and drink things at a time when they are more beneficial. Allah has created everything in the world and He has also placed benefits in them, but there are certain times to eat them, by adopting which we can take full benefit from them.

So, friends let's start this post.
Eating food may sound very simple in itself, but it's the simple mistakes we make that make a huge difference. It is important to know that when it comes to food, the timing of food is key.

BREAKFAST

Eat within 30 minutes of waking up

  • The ideal time for breakfast is 7 o'clock in the morning
  • Do not postpone breakfast later than 10 o'clock
  • Make sure you have protein in your breakfast.

LUNCH

The ideal time for lunch is 12:45

  • Try to keep a 4-hour gap between breakfast and lunch
  • Do not delay lunch later than 4:00 p.m.

DINNER

  • The ideal time for dinner is before 19:00
  • You should keep a 3-hour gap between dinner and bedtime
  • Don't put off dinner later than 10 p.m
  • Eating right before bed can disrupt the quality of your sleep

Eating food at 10pm or later, very close to bedtime, puts stress on your body because the liver is doing its detoxification process while you sleep. Therefore, in order not to disrupt the detoxification process, you should eat your dinner on time.​

Increases metabolism

The time you eat your food also determines your metabolism. When we get up in the morning, our metabolism is at its highest. If you don't fuel your body at this point, your body won't be able to maintain its metabolic rate. As the day goes on, your metabolism slows down. Therefore, it is important to have dinner no later than 20:00 to make digestion easier.
