Football had always been my passion, my number one dream since growing up as a child, I know most people will say " ooh football? it's just a game". To me football wasn't and still not just a game but life. Like Ronaldinho, one of the greatest footballer said

"I learned all about life with a ball at my feet". source.

Football is one of the activities which unites people all over the world, brings joy to the hearts of people, emotions all over the place, some crying and other celebrating with joy. Football is like culture ; but all my dreams and expectations came to an end 😔due to my lack of skills. It wasn't that I was awful but my skills weren't good enough. I participated in so many contests to be selected as a professional player to begin my journey, but failure was always at my conner . I too realized my lack of skills, always working hard to reach my expectations but as we all know; not all expectations are meant to happen. It was a disaster for me, i was really hurt but I motivated my self and went a different way. I started taking my academics seriously and furthered my education till now. As I'm currently a Bsc physics student at knust Ghana, I still have strong passion for football. Even though I enjoy my educational activities , but at my age and current skills, I don't think I can become a high level professional football player anymore. If I had the efficient skills back then, I would have for fill my dream by representing my country Ghana in all tournaments, lifting Ghana to the next level in sports and also help develop our mother land Ghana as a whole, and having the skill now ; and due to age factor, I would have manged to see if I could at least play in a low level team or be a manager (coach) and definitely, help my school knust win football medals 🏅🥇 . Even though my current profession(student) isn't actually linked with football, I still haven't let go my passion for it. I watch football matches every weekends and Some week days, organize football matches or tournament among the departments in my collage at knust, and also a big fun and association member of Real tamale united (RTU) in Ghana prime league. I wasn't able to become a professional football player but I intend doing more in the world of football as my life goes on.
