A healthy Living lifestyle is a means of living that assists the body in preventing illness and also reduces the rate of premature death.
Healthy living is also a way of balancing both mental and physical health.

TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIVING

  1. Eat healthy meals
    •eat food that is prepared hygienically.
    •make sure you eat foods that contain a combination of the classes of food.
    •Take a lot of varieties of fruits and vegetables.

  2. Limit the intake of salt and sugar.
    •avoid salty foods and make sure you go for low sodium products.
    •eating enough sugar increases unhealthy weight gain and can also lead to tooth decay which can cause halitosis.

  3. Avoid foods with much cholesterol
    •reduce the intake of fatty food such as cooking oils, burgers, fries, and cookies.

  4. Regular exercise:-
    I know most people don't appreciate exercise. but the importance of exercise cannot be overemphasized.
    •exercise helps in keeping the body healthy.
    •it helps to reduce unhealthy fats.
    • and it helps to strengthen the skeletal muscles.
    We can exercise our body with the following activities:-
    •playing.
    • participating in recreational competitions.
    •working.
    •while carrying out our household chores.

  5. Avoid alcohol and don't smoke.
    Drinking alcohol is not advisable for the health, and there is no gauge of level that is medically safe for drinking alcohol.
    •Smoking tobacco does more harm than good to the body, it causes health issues such as heart disease, lung disease, and sometimes stroke.
    so if you want to live a healthy life stay far from alcohol and tobacco.

  6. Drink clean and safe water only
    •Drinking unclean water can lead to cholera, typhoid, polio, and another waterborne disease.
    •Always make sure that your water containers are clean.
    •Boil water for at least 60seconds before drinking, this will assist in killing the organism inside the water.
    ~Stay in a clean environment:-
    Always make sure you keep your surroundings clean and free from stagnant water.
    •clean environment will help deter mosquitoes, cockroaches, and some other insects.

  7. Always make sure you cover your mouth while sneezing or coughing.
    bacterias might be transmitted through the cough or sneeze of an infected person to others through airborne droplets.
    •Make sure you cover your mouth with a towel or tissue whenever you feel like coughing or sneezing, and then dispose of it carefully afterward.
    •Wash your hands regularly with soap and running water or use an alcoholic base hand sanitizer.

  8. Whenever you are feeling depressed or down, talk to someone you trust, people like friends, family, and colleagues.
    •stop negative thinking.

  9. Go for a regular checkup.
    going for regular checkups is significant to the health and it will help to diagnose health problems earlier and also look for a way to remedy them.

And lastly, I will advise you to get enough rest(sleep) it's so essential to the body.
