12V to 5V | 7805 Voltage Regulator Full Simulation & Connection Diagram.

We work on different electronics topics at different times. Sometimes we are unaware of some things, so today we will share one thing, which is a voltage regulator. Suppose you want to run a Bluetooth speaker, but you do not have a Bluetooth connection inside that speaker; everything is powered by the cable. Now suppose that the loudspeaker you have is powered by 12 volts and the Bluetooth circuit that you will replace inside that speaker is powered by 5 volts.
Now if you want to make a Bluetooth speaker, you have to generate 5 volts from 12 volts and power that Bluetooth circuit. That is why sometimes we use some voltage regulators to get a stable 5 volts from 12 volts. Today I will show you that, so let's show you step by step.
Parts Used and Function:
12 Volt Power Supply:
Used to provide the main input voltage for the regulator circuit.
7805 Voltage Regulator:
Used to convert the 12-volt input into a stable 5-volt output.
LED (5 Volt):
Used to visually indicate the output voltage by lighting up.
1 µF Capacitor (25 Volt):
Used to smooth the output and reduce voltage noise.
Digital Voltmeter:
Used to measure and display the 5-volt output from the regulator.

Here you can see I have drawn a voltage regulator symbol diagram, and there are three pins: 1, 2, and 3. The first is 12 volts in, the second is ground, and the third is the 5-volt output.

Now you can see from the diagram on the left side I have taken a 12-volt power supply and connected it to pin one of the 12-volt positive regulator and connected it to the ground of the 12-volt negative regulator.

Now you can see that I have used a 5-volt LED light from here. Here the connection from ground to the negative end of the LED has come, and the output of the voltage regulator has come from pin 3 to the positive connection of the fixed 5-volt LED.

In diagram number 4 you can see that I have drawn a real picture of a voltage regulator, and I have connected a 1 µF 25-volt capacitor to the positive and negative of the LED, and I have connected a voltmeter on top, which shows the remaining voltage after taking the load.
