You are right. This is a mom's duty. Too much TV at home is detrimental to a child's psychological state of mind.
이 말은 맞아요. 이것은 엄마의 의무에요. 아이들이 집에서 TV를 너무 많이 시청하면 아이의 정신상태에 해로워요.
