Yes this dude must be very angry, although BTC has corrected 10% in 24 hours.

Hodling, a word that was gifted by a drunk guy that posted this during a correction 2013 in bitcointalk, is a word for patience, trust and faith in Bitcoin and alt coins

Are you hodling oder selling in panic ? The whales want you to sell your coins, that they can grab them cheap and then get richer than they were before.

Its really hard to have the patience to accept 30-40% dips that can occure really easily in markets because its new, unregulated and so on.
