Every year, 9/9 is observed by the Touhou fandom as International Cirno Day! Why? Because Cirno was listed as the #9 in the Phantasmagoria of Flower View manual, and today marks the 9/9 9 years after 9/9/09, the OG Cirno Day! Happy Cirno Day!
