What is the importance of holidays?Today I want to share describe a holiday in my country.

Hello,all of my steemit friends how are you all?I am fine today.I am Wasim Khan Sujon.I am a Bangladeshi but I live in South Korea.Today,I want to share in my opinion all of steemians what is the importance of holidays?

All the countries in the world have holidays of their own.There are different kinds of holidays in my country.They could be categorized in two broad terms religious and cultural.

For example,Eid,language day,Independence Day,Bengali new year day etc.Among the above mentioned holidays the one that is my favourite is the Bengali New Year day.The reason it is my favorite is that it brings all sections of people together and renews the cultural spirit of the nation.

Generally,the New Year day fall in the middle of April.On this day,we get up early in the morning and take a shower.Afterwards we take a light breakfast of traditional dish and wear the traditional clothes.Later on ,we go to the Ramna Batamul and enjoy the cultural function.Artists play many Bengali songs.In the evening ,we attend different cultural shows.

The importance of this festival is it is the start of a Bengali New Year.This festival reflects our culture and tradition.The other reason is since it is the beginning of the Bengali New Year it gives us a sense of new beginning.

There are several importances of holidays.First of all,we can remember the occasion for which we have received the holiday.

Secondly,we can relax on holidays.The reason I remember it so well is that we celebrate this holiday every year.
