How to fix low water pressure after installing a filtered showerhead?

Bought one of those “fancy” filtered showerheads ’cause my hair’s been feeling like straw lately, but now the water pressure’s so weak it feels like I’m rinsing off under a leaky faucet. I legit spend twice as long in the shower just trying to get the shampoo out. I thought this thing was supposed to make life better, not turn shower time into a workout. Did I install something wrong, or are these filters just naturally pressure killers? Any hacks, fixes, or brands that don’t nuke the water flow would save my sanity.
