To let go of what you are holding is a process of live, like the branches, the leaves.. the energy that needs a way out will create a way out, since the expression of our creations is forcing a way to exist.

Whether we like it or not all energy will need it’s expression, holding on to the energy and locking it up inside a room will eventually make way for a explosive expression (way).

Give it a way out sooner so that it does not fill in your body with energy that is old and that needs a way out later in life.
