It cooked up excellent! If I'd brought salt to put in it, it would have been one of the best fire cooked foods I've done. A little heavy on the red pepper flakes, but it was awesome. I love food cooked on an open fire. Even if it wouldn't be considered that great if cooled on a stove, the fact that it's cooked on a fire adds a lot of credit to a meal.
