The best part of Asian stone fruit like mango is no need for the cold spell in the bottom of the fridge. :) Very nice, detailed, step by step. Takes me back to colder days in colder places I've lived. :)
That is wonderful... I unfortunately cannot grow those tropical fruit in this climate.. unless I end up with a fancy greenhouse or climate change continues on this trajectory.
