Homemade Pizza receipe
Hey steemians, I was thinking about what to eat so I decided to share a recipe I found for one of my favourite foods
Ingredients
1 pound pizza dough(shop to buy or homemade)
1/2 to 1 cups of sauce: tomato sauce (or any other sauce you want)
2 to 3 cups Other toppings: fried onions, fried mushrooms, Italian sausages, cooked sausages, cooked bacon, pepper, leftovers or any other favorite toppings
1 to 2 cups (8 to 16 ounces) of cheese, chopped or sliced: mozzarella, monterrey jack, picoplovine, fontina or any other favorite

Description on the making
Heat the oven to 550 ° F or higher: There is no need to be afraid to set the heat to the highest setting. High calorie will help to form a more brittle and tasty shell. Let the oven bake for at least half an hour and then bake your pizza. If you have a baked stone, put it in the middle of the oven.
- Cut dough into two halves: one pound dough makes two 10-inch pizza. When preparing the first pizza, cut the dough in half and half with an inverted bowl or a clean kitchen different
Roll out the dough:
For this part you can use different method with different equipments so I'll show you my favourite method
- Bake the pizza on parchment: tear off a large piece of parchment about 12 inches wide. Once used a piece of dough, with his hands to form a large plate, and then on parchment. Use your hand or a rolling pin to flatten the dough until the thickness is 1/4 inch or less. If the dough starts to shrink, let it rest for 5 minutes and then continue rolling.

Place a few tablespoons of sauce into the center of the pizza and then spread it to the edge with the back of the spoon. Pile up all the topping on the pizza
Baked pizza: Use pizza or baking sheet on the back and pizza (parchment or corn flour) onto the baked stone. And if you dont have baking stones, you can bake the pizza on a baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes and then rotate the pizza. If used, slide the parchment from under the pizza. Bake for another 3 to 5 minutes until the shell is golden brown and the cheese looks delicious.
Slices and services: place pizza gently on the shelves until you can handle it. Cut it into pieces and serve it.
