Pure Potato Heaven!! I'm going to tell @dksart he needs to make me a potato bed. I adore all kinds of potatoes, but that's one thing we haven't tried growing yet. I would be pretty darn happy with 100+ pounds. One of our local organic farmers had a really good harvest for this year--their first doing potatoes, as well. I have been thoroughly enjoying them, especially the purple ones. Sweet potatoes tend to be found in abundance, as well. Nothing beats the fun of pulling them from your own garden, though!
