RE: Back On the Land

Those IBCS are sure useful. We grab them second hand whenever they come up cheap. So useful for all sorts of projects. We did have an aquaponics project made out of them, but we sold it on as the pump broke and we killed a heap of trout which pretty much devastated my husband. It's now up the road at a mates place, and they don't even like fish so they give us the trout to smoke. Win win.

I know right! I try 5o pick them up for under $100 locally if I can find them. Killer solution! It is a big blow losing fish and it's happened to me several times now sadly. It's part of learning this technology and is very powerful once perfected I believe. Especially in areas where you have little rainfall. Smoked trout mmmm....delicious

Oh yes so good... we made a smoker out of a beer keg. And yes amazing for low rainfall or toxic ground or small spaces too.
