The shell in most cases. You have to finish everything out or hire someone to do it. The total costs depending on if you do it or hire someone else will end up being $120k-$175k. Or more depending on your finishes.
Yes ... the link shows what you get for 55 k .... the more you can do the lower your costs in addition to the 55k
Still pricey enough. But you do end up with a unique home.
