The process of learning takes a while too because there are so many things to work on. We have been canning for two years now. I still need to learn pressure canning, we also got a dehydrator and starting learning how to do that but I wouldn't say I'm anywhere near where I want to be for saving food. I got 3 little ones and the boys are 1 and 3 so I get the plants not being safe haha
