Stand united or divided you will fall. Once you lose your freedoms, they are hard to get back. My heart goes out to all of you and what you are going thru along with the police brutality. One day the next generation will thank you for your sacrifice in order to maintain what we see in the western world as basic human rights and freedom. Well, sweetie, the world is watching, Hong Kong is on the national news almost every night that there are protests keeping updated on the situation. Also if it goes very very bad, I think there is a contingency plan for western nations to possibly step in from the impression I get. Mainland china government doesn't currently have a good image in North-America for other reasons, this situation doesn't do the them any favors.
