Ok, I have to admin, that holding is a bit harder for me.
I always want to gamble if I have some crypto left.

Ending in bust all the time ... and/or in selling by far too early.
I try to stop it tho, but its not as easy as it sounds :S
It may help to clear your mind from neurotic motivations. Self-analysis, meditation and things like that.
