You wanna lose weight, lose some of your fat tissues, and be sexier.

MINI PLAN

Read internet for obesety problems, and proper medical treatment => Go to medical center => Do what they tell, but allso educate yourself better => do right thing long, be patient => track results => you win


BIGGER PLAN

First: "look at yourself".

What do you lack of? What is your biggest problem?
Sleep deprivation, compulsive eating, zero physical activity, stress, gluttony ...

Endless list of problems. All of them are correlated with obesity.

It maybe not 100% your fault that you have got fat, or obesity:
you might born in obese family, they taught you to eat "well" and you have got this habit to eat. You may have some metabolism problems etc

But if you get obese after 20 - 22 years old - then it's your fault, 100%.


Beliefs which will interrupt your fat loss:

  • I am eating small amount of food. I am not overeater.
    NO, if you are obese, and have excess fat then you eat more than you need.

  • I can buy fat loss program and do it in couple of weeks
    There is NO SUPER fast fat loss program. Only steady day by day improvement of your habits, and get out of eating problems. Think about problems with food as Mental problems. They really are.


Beliefs which will help you lose weight:

  • Boring = fat
    You should find something interesting. New hobby, You need something to concentrate, substitute food. I've found that people, when they are bored, they EATing. Be interested in something.

  • Caloric deficit = fat loss.
    Your caloric deficit should be 20 - 35%. Use Calorie Calculator.

  • don't listen obese people about diet and food
    It's common sense.

  • Don't stop till best result.
    Only victory is appropriate. Repeat this mantra.

  • Long to chew = life prolong

  • If you really active, and really eat only 75% of your day calories = they YOU MAY HAVE Edema - go to hospital.

  • 1 kg of fat = 9 000 kcal ((


Second: work with those broblems.

Go to medical center which specialized on your problem.
Don't have money? Try to solve by yourself, if you know what to do,
find free recommendations from **PROfessionals.

Example: you have compulsive eating disorder, or gluttony - try to make ONE day without food or eating only own made juce(juice from shop = a lot of sugar). Do not eat till 12 am, and after 4pm. People call it "intermittent fasting"

It should be your MOTTO. Don't cut your own arm, but cut your food. Get rid of temptation. Put it somewhere where it's hard to get - another room, go to nature or park. Be active.
