Wow I am really impressed with your detailed step by steps method on the production of E-Liquid, I must confess my main concern is how to know precisely the amount of nicotine to be added during this process @erodedthoughts
You have to use the calculator. The link is above in the post but you can also find it here

You type in the amount of your base nicotine. In my case it was 100mg, so I entered 100 into the base section and typed 6mg as my desired level and it tells the amount by ml to use.
