ANOTHER 'Most Excellent' RANT...!!!
Well, my friends... I guess it's time I start getting serious again about posting here on the Steem Block-chain...?!?!?!? My ears have been itchy and tingling, which my mother always told me, "That means someone is talking about you."
My intuition tells me that, not only have people been talking about me... they have been screaming profanities, laced with despair and despondency all around the globe - in my direction...!!!
All this commotion due to my lack of reporting upon the daily, exceedingly interesting life I lead here in the northeastern region of the good ole U.S. of A.
Ya know...??? Since I'm one of those "Privileged white people", I do feel utterly overwhelmed with guilt at times, which results in self-imposed isolation and silence, in an effort to repent.
I often would indulge in self-flagellation as well, until I began to actually enjoy the whippings, which made me feel more shame about rewarding myself over the guilt I was supposed to feel.
So...I STOPPED beating myself in order to feel badly once again... Besides, it was beginning to become more difficult finding heavy whipping cream at the market, due to this Clovid thing going on.
Does that make sense to you? Can you understand the cataclysmic effect all this failure at self-abasement has upon my grieving soul? It's almost overwhelming...!!!
But...not very… I guess that's because I'm a selfish and heartless white person?
I don't know...??? Maybe that 'Nation of Islam' dude Farrakhan is right? "White people are the Devil" or did he say "iz the Devil"?

Oooopppppssssss… There I go again, being a typical 'racist'. I must remember to apologize sometime in the near future for what they have accused and demanded of me.
Anyway...
So, how has your life been lately? Are you enjoying the new normal in the place you live? I certainly hope not...
Listen, my friends... Try to keep a clear head during these globally trying times of ours... Love yourself and love your family. Do what's right for them, NOT what's right for government forces.

Nearly my entire family has moved out of the USA because of the "new normal." I'm sure that the powers and media censors that be would scoff at the lack of societal control in the name of Covid that exists in the countries we moved to but even my NYC sister (and we all know that NYC is very different from the rest of the country in terms of attitude, affluence, and well, basically everything else) has moved out to the Hamptons where she can get at tiny tinge of freedom.
Where I live, there are virtually no mandates at all. Nearly no deaths at all and the ones that do happen they are very forthcoming about the comorbidities while I feel like they try to keep that a secret in USA for sake of god knows what. We don't wear masks, we don't social distance, all bars, clubs, and even stadiums for major sporting events are open and if we were using the logic that all of USA and most of the western world is using we should all be dead now right or at least be on a ventilator at one time or another... yet here we are, relatively disease free and also share a mostly unguarded 800 mile border with China.
Kinda funny how that works huh?
My life is pretty great actually, and from the outside looking in, USA looks far more corrupt and absurd and controlled by media propaganda than the communist county that I live in. I was always told it was supposed to be the other way around.
Your assessment is well received and appreciated on my end @gooddream regarding current propagandized reports of doom - unless we bow to the wishes of malevolent, international, control freaks.
Viet Nam has become one of those Countries receiving growing interest, by individuals worldwide in search of escape from increasingly, oppressive political rule. Oddly... as you point out... it is regarded as a Communist Country, yet citizens appear to be enjoying a larger sense of freedom there than in our present "Free Democratic societies".
An example of 'Communism' done right…??? I'm beginning to wonder... It's certainly a destination 'I' have in mind for a potential, betterment of lifestyle.
Their close proximity to China, with little effect from the new "dreaded disease" which originated from Wuhan, is well worth a good look by curious individuals. Hopefully... Viet Nam will not fall victim to attack by world powers seeking to punish them for not 'Following the plan'.
