This is a highly detailed report, which I definitely appreciate. I am a bit confused about the lack of a staff pick in a week that saw a score of 96. That's definitely a staff pick worthy score, and it makes me wonder if you disagree with the score.

The new caps are an interesting move. I hope it does not discourage the Spanish contributors, as their activity is the most affected.
