mixed fruit ice dessert

Material :
- 2 pieces of avocado
- 10 jackfruit seeds
- 1 young coconut, dredged
- 1/2 pack of gelatin cooked with 350 ml of water
- sago pearl to taste, boiled
- sweetened condensed milk
- red syrup
- shaved ice
How to make :
Arrange pieces of avocado, jackfruit, young coconut, gelatin, sago pearl in a bowl or glass. Add shaved ice. Pour sweetened condensed milk and flush with red syrup. Ready served cold.
