Yes, but the information was received from incognito sources. It was not initially planned to be public. Thats what I meant. But yes, more money in icos = more money in crypto total market cap = good for cryptocurrencies.
Why are they hiding the action is not clear to me. Maybe durov is trying to attract more investors by spreading this fake news??? hmmm
