What is Clout?
Clout is a blockchain-based platform for the cryptocurrency community. Clout is a project that tells us about the interesting way to connect social networks and cryptocurrency. A place where all sorts of information about the space can be accessed and shared. CLOUT leverages blockchain technology as an incentive layer for both users and readers, rewarding them for acting in the platform’s best interests. Action here does not just include those who put up originating posts alone; it further includes even those participants who just leave useful comments.

CLOUT aims to become the standard in quality for everything crypto - news, media, and investment. It is an online based integrated software that gives cryptocurrency investors a home.

CLOUT provides multi-language information for the creator’s convenience and the goal curator to motivate to produce quality content to be marketed globally. CLOUT users must create an account to edit profiles, search and find content, can interact with CLOUT wallet built-in for posting and sharing content. Users can list using me their social media or through google. The CLOUT app displays contacts, profiles, descriptions and also displays built-in wallets for ERC223 CLOUT and CLC tokens

Allocation of Tokens
CLOUT’s 100 million token supply is allocated as below:

• 2.5 million tokens distributed to project early adopters during pre-ICO sale
• 10 million tokens (10%) will be distributed to project supporters during the token sale.
• 30 million tokens (30%) will be used to motivate developers and pay bounties used to develop the CLOUT Platform.
• 25 million tokens (25%) will be allocated to the CLOUT Fund and will be used to invest in other blockchain projects over time, including ICOs and/or cryptocurrencies. These investment decisions will be based on the highest rated opportunities by the “up-voting” of the CLOUT platform members.
• 22.5 million tokens (22.5%) will be used to motivate the CLOUT developers and executives overtime.
• 5 million tokens (5%) will be retained by the founders (To be released during a 20-month period)
• 5 million tokens (5%) to be released every 1 year over the next 5 years, based on certain milestones in the CLOUT roadmap being achieved

Tokens
To finance the development and marketing of the CLOUT platform and to guarantee that it is the form of a transparent and fair distribution method, CLOUT is organising the symbolic sale.

Pre-ICO and the main ICO are the two stages in clout tokens sales
Pre-ICO
2.5 million (2.5%) tokens will be distributed during the Pre-ICO in $1 / Clout Diaman Pre-ICO started on September 27 and will end on November 17 or while 2.5 million tokens Clout sold. During Pre-ICO, there is a minimum participation requirement of 1 BTC / 10 ETH.

ICO
5 million tokens (5%) will be distributed in phase ICO 1 for $2.50 / CLOUTdan 3 million tokens (3%) will be distributed during Phase 2 of the ICO for $5 / Clout 2 million tokens (2%) will be distributed during Phase 3 ICO for $10 / CLOUTICAL will begin on November 17, after Pre-ICO. Where ICO will have a duration of 30 days (December 17,2017) or up to 10 million tokens sold. During ICO, BTC and ETH will be accepted. There are 0.5 ETH

Hard Cap: $ 50 million Individual capitalization: $1 million

Clout token distribution will be done through smart contract. The CLOUT smart contract will be audited by an independent professional company ICOrating (www.icorating.com). The unsold tokens during ICO will be burned.

Funding breakdown
The CLOUT project will use of proceeds from the sale to fund the operations and development of the CLOUT platform. The following funding breakdown was devised assuming the $50M USD cap is raised*:
• 40% Marketing (Growing CLOUT brand)
• 30% Research and Development (R&D)
• 15% Bilateral Business Relationships
• 10% Misc.
• 5% Legal
