Should you participate in the The Commodity Ad Network (CDX) ICO?

I Think this is a very good opportunity. If you get the token during the pre-sale you can get them cheap with the 100% bonus, i.e. 1 ETH = 3,000 CDX
The pre-sale period starts on August 26, 2017 at 2 PM UTC. It will last 120 hours (until 2 PM UTC on August 31, 2017) or until all available CDX tokens are sold, whichever event occurs first.
The ICO period starts on September 9, 2017 at 2 PM UTC. It will last 504 hours (until 2 PM UTC on September 30, 2017) or until all available CDX tokens are sold, whichever event occurs first. If all available tokens are sold in the pre-sale, then there will be no ICO.

I looked into this project and I found it very interesting. However, I don't find them in telegraph and in tweeter. I thought they were be doing ad...I am just hoping this project able to make it.
