Get paid to Watch Porn-Vice Token ICO -whitelist opens tonight
Vice token is pretty much steemit for porn from reading there white paper. I have to thank @gohba.handcrafts for making me aware of his ICO. It sounds pretty interesting so I'll be putting a bit into it.
Otherwise this isn't financial advise and please do you own research and due diligence.
In some of there earlier content it's referred to as the very first SMT, but I can't find that in the white paper Here anymore. It sounds like it's going to be very similar to steemit but instead of blog it's going to be porn. It's so similar that they are actually airdropping 400 000 tokens to all Steem holders.
They have a lot of partners in the porn industry that will be producing the content and they have plan plans to totally disrupt the whole industry.
ICO details
We're only a few days out form the ICO and crowdsale. In fact access to the whitelist opens tonight at 11pm EST. They haven't released many more details than there's a small fee to get on the whitelist.
The most uptodate info seam to be coming from there telegram feed here. and a bit on there twitter feed. Otherwise here is their website but it doesn't have too much updated information unfortunately.
Looks like you can only pay for tokens with ETH, and the crowdsale opens on Feb 1st, this is also when people that sign up for the whitelist wil have to pay.
There is also a token presales in Jan 15th but it's only for large volume purchases.
Tokens are prices at $0.05, with a minimum purchase of $100USD.
Anyways it's sounds pretty interesting and I think porn is kinda popular

I think the whitelist thing is a good idea, actually. $11ish (USD) to reserve the opportunity to invest up to $10k? So what! Complaining about this fee is like complaining that your PowerBall ticket costs $1, and your odds here are a LOT better.
Yeah, there's a lot of complaining but I'm fine with it.
I'm picturing third-world countries with computer labs full of people who get paid pennies a day just to keep broswer windows open, clicking one video after another. Some of these people are going to be kids. Let that sink in. Hopefully this will be addressed somehow, or there's going to be a whole generation of highly-sexualized third-world kids out there (side question, how do you tokenize mental health, and is there a psychotherapy ICO coming up?), as if the current trafficking and porn slavery issues aren't enough.
I wonder how viewership is verified. What's to keep me from scripting a bot that sits and keeps my computer active all day while I'm gone, loading new videos all day long and mimicking my mouse clicks?
I think it's going to be exactly rhe same as steemit, with citations rewards and such so I'm sure there will be lots of bots and whatever else happening.
This may be the best one line mission statement in the whole cryptoworld!^^ Let´s be real: The one and only reason for the success of the internet is porn. Combining porn with crypto is a no brainer for success in this world and I was wondering, why this hasn´t been done earlier!^^

I also think, that the whitelisting fees are totally fair - at least it gives them some commitment. On for the project itself: If you have a look at the team members, there's quite some credibility. Which in that industry is probably very important as it is a crowded and massy space that is a lot about networks and marketing. In addition to that, the market potential is obviously huge.
The only thing that kind of holds me back is the scarcity of updates in the website. Social media is always pretty much only used for dumb marketing. But lets hope, they are just busy working on the project itself.

Do I have to watch porn to get paid or can I just buy some ico. I think there certainly is potential here, the adult industry is a big one but if it involves watching porn all the time to get paid - not really my cup of tea
