How to know if an ICO is a SCAM (EOS, CHRONOLOGIC)

Hello,

About 1 month ago I bought the ICO from EOS. An interesting idea and a form of complex distribution. It is traded today on the Exchanges.

Yesterday I saw one of CHRONOLOGIC.NETWORK with an interesting idea about the weather. But very confusing. What would be the tip to prevent falling into traps?

I followed the advice of a company called Empiricus, but it seems that I'm going to take damage in this ...
