FOOD RECIPES DELICIOUS # 69: Brownies Steamed
Material A:
200gr refined sugar
2btr eggs
1/4 vanilla powder
160cc white water room temperature
Material B:
200gr flour / triangle
30gr cocoa powder
1 / 4sdt of salt
1 / 2sdt baking powder
Material C:
10gr SP
How to make :
- Mixer all A material for 5 minutes at high speed
- Lower the lowest speed speed, insert material B mixer 1 minute
- Insert material C, mixer 5 minutes longer with high speed, thick finish and expand 2x
- Insert into cup, steam cauldron that has been heated until full steam before, about 12 minutes, steamed with big fire.
