We all have different ideas that can be great ideas and others that can be very awful ones; however, it all depends on what you feel about them when they come to your mind. The most important thing about the ideas you come out with, it is the way you can act on them.
The best question about the ideas is, if you really act on them as they come along. You can become a great teacher if you have solid ideas backed up by good information which is your job to present them the best way.
How do you know if they are great ideas?
Well, it all depends of the amount of passion you put in them. If your passion is able to guide your idea into a good future, you are able to be successful with them. The main success about the ideas you can generate, it is about how beneficial they can be for the world.
If you can gather ideas that can do good to the world, they will most likely to be successful because you will be providing ideas that can be useful to the world you live in. The time you come to the world, you come with a purpose to be achieved with whatever destination you decide along the way that could be. Nothing is really written in stone, it all can be changed and shaped they way you want, as long as it benefits everyone as a whole.

Stop being creative, be an asshole with yourself as if you'd be an asshole with an employee that would be hired by you to realize your idea (you wouldn't stand having him challenge your idea every day or aggregating new dimensions to it).

Knowing your tasks is one thing. Knowing yourself is another. According to Scott Belsky, there are three types of people when it comes to making creative projects a reality:
Which one are you? It’s really not hard to discern. The second I read the definition of an incrementalist, I knew I was one. I have ideas. I execute. But I keep starting more than I can handle and then shutting down some things.
No matter which one you are, all of these have advantages and disadvantages. The point is that once you know, you can partner up with the people that complement you, because they’re a dreamer to your doer or an incrementalist to your dreamer. Together, you’ll go a lot further than alone!

Exactly, that's true, our positive thoughts and good ideas makes decisions strong.
Idea is most important thing. If there is no idea in our mind we can't do anything beneficial or productive work for ourselves and community.
