family card

The Family Card is a Family Identity Card which contains data on the arrangement, relationships and number of family members. Family cards must be owned by every family. This card contains complete data about the identity of the Family Head and his family members.

To create a Family Card must complete the following conditions:

Letter of Introduction from the Management of Rukun Tetangga (RT) and / or Rukun Warga (RW)
Old Family Card
Marriage Certificate or Divorce Deed for making a KK by marriage / divorce
Birth Certificate / Birth Certificate
Letter of Appointment
Certificate of Registration for Permanent Residents for Foreigners
