I am over 40 and maintaining my weight and getting fit is getting harder every day. I just can't find any motivation to keep going and achieve my goal. I have downloaded the app and using it. With rewards and daily tips, and a fitness app to track my milestone, I hope StepChain is the answer to my lack of motivation.
