Goth Clown Character Art

Hellooo:)

I've been really busy with uni work, been trying very hard to catch up and be motivated but it's hard.

I'm doing a clown related project for my third year of uni, and in this project I've created a few characters- one of those being two goth clowns!

A work in progress but I've completed one drawing out of the four I'm doing in this piece. It's a piece/illustration showing the final art for my two goth clown characters. :)

I think I like how it's turned out so far!

This is the base sketch I did. Just to get an idea of the shapes I wanted before going in and doing the line art, I always seem to prefer how the sketch looks in comparison to the line art unfortunately 😅😅😅

I don't like block colouring (nothing against it) I just prefer my art looking lik I've drawn it with a crayon or a colouring pencil, so I like the block colouring where you can see the pencil strokes/lines!

I used a soft round brush to then colour behind my existing colour, I added noise to the background colouring, I like how it looks a lot-it adds a lot of texture!!!
