POEM: I MISS YOU
I can't breath…
Not physically but metaphorically
Because obviously I'm still here but then again,
I'm not
I haven't been myself since I left
If I have to admit
Because I had to have a second Version of me to stop myself from running back to you
No contact feels so hard to keep
It feels like holding your breath under water
And seeing how long I can go
Without the air I desperately need
You know how difficult that is, right?
I'm suffocating myself to try and not tell you how genuinely I miss you
You know what ?
I MISS YOU
