Open borders equates to having no immigration policy. If you are for sane immigration policy, then you ought to favor strict border control. Even when the Chinese machine gun the refuse from North Korea, they still manage to infiltrate into Manchuria; when a nation adopts "open border" policy, this will result in that nation-state being erased.

The West is drowning in their own b.s. about freedom and multiculturalism. Some cultures and beliefs are antithetical to the Western social matrix, and freedom is a curse for slaves who have little to no capacity for self-mastery. Yet these fools continue to open their borders to those who will never integrate, let alone adopt Western culture, and preach the fallacy of freedom to those who can not handle the responsibility of their own lives.

Too long has the West been ruled by merchants that their society is essentially an economy with a polity, rather than a polity with an economy. Unless the West learn to shift their thinking to prioritize socio-political unity over mercantile interests, the Western social disintegration will continue.
